Day 1>Departure from the USA
Evening departure. Meals and refreshments served on board.

Day 2>Lamezia Terme/Siderno (Calabria)
Upon arrival at Lamezia Terme airport, meet your English speaking tour manager and transfer by private deluxe motorcoach to your hotel in Siderno. Welcome to the Jasmine Riviera. Orientation tour and Welcome drink before DINNER at the hotel.

Day 3>Siderno/Gerace/Locri Epizephiri/ Siderno
Morning departure for a guided tour of the medieval hill town of Gerace, the most important historical center in the region. Here you will visit the famous 11th century AD Norman Cathedral considered to be the largest in Southern Italy, and the church of St. Francis with its inlaid marble altar. Enjoy some time on your own through the narrow streets of Gerace before continuing on the tour for a visit to the archaeological ruins of the Greek city of Locri Epizephiri. Dinner at your hotel.

Day 4>Siderno/Tropea/Pizzo/Siderno
Today’s excursion is to the charming seaside town of Tropea, a view of incomparable beauty because of the indented coast and its magnificent panorama of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The town is a delight to explore with its local markets, pottery shops and cafes. On our way back we make a stop in Pizzo Calabro famous for its best tartufo, unique chocolate ice cream. Tonight indulge in a typical Calabrese dinner with folklore at your hotel.

Day 5>Calabria/Taormina (Sicily)
Morning departure for the beautiful town of Taormina in Sicily. We first tour the city of
Reggio Calabria and visit at its National Museum the famous Bronzi of Riace, two Greek bronze statues dating back to the 5th Century B.C. After Lunch at a local restaurant, we board the ferry to cross the legendary Strait of Messina. Welcome to Sicily. In Messina, we will visit the Norman Cathedral and its Bell Tower which has an astronomical clock.
Upon arrival in Taormina, check-in at your hotel, time to relax before Dinner at the hotel.

Day 6>Taormina
Morning guided tour of Taormina starting at the well preserved Greek-Roman Amphitheater. Taormina is one of the most splendid towns in the Mediterranean, with its almond & orange tree blossoms. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 7>Taormina/Syracuse/Taormina
Morning departure for Syracuse. A guided tour of this venerable city highlights the
Archaeological Park, Greek Theatre, Latomia del Paradiso and Cave of Dyonisius Ear. Free time on the beautiful island of Ortigia to stroll around and shop. Return to Taormina. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 8>Taormina
Full day at leisure for you to relax, enjoy shopping in Taormina Catch up with relatives, or take an optional tour to either Agrigento or Godfather Tour, where you will visit the interesting little towns of Forza d’Agro and Savoca where scenes from the Godfather were filmed. Tonight, enjoy a farewell dinner at the hotel.

Day 9>Taormina/ Catania Airport
Transfer to Catania airport for your connecting flight home via Milan.
