Day 1 :	Departure from the USA
	Evening departure. Meals and refreshments served on board
Day 2 :	Pisa / Montecatini
	After arriving in Italy (Milan or Rome), you will change planes for the short flight to Pisa. Upon arrival, you meet your English speaking assistant, board a private minibus, and travel to the city center of Pisa for a view of the leaning Tower, the Babtistry, and the Duomo. Continueyour journey to Montecatini, your town for the next five nights. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 3 :	Montecatini / Lucca (Cooking Lesson)
	Today we feature the International Academy of Italian Cuisine Master Chef Gianluca Pardini shares with you his warmth, humor, and wealth of knowledge about Tuscan Cuisine. Over the next days Chef Pardini will guide you through the preparation of classic and innovative Tuscan dishes. Early dinner at the cooking school.
Day 4 :	Montecatini / Lucca (Cooking Lesson)
	Today you are back to the International Academy of Italian Cuisine with Chef Pardini for your second cooking lesson, followed by dinner at the cooking school.
Day 5 :	Montecatini / Lucca (Cooking Lesson)
	Spend this morning soaking in the pleasure of this famous spa town. Montecatini is famed throughout Europe for its elegance and luxury. Tettucio, Regina and Excelsior Teme are just some of the outstanding spa building you may visit. Then take the cable car to Montecatini Alto, the original medieval fortified town above the termal springs. The main square has large open cafes where you can have lunch while enjoying the panoramic view. In the afternoon, return to the Academy of Italian Cuisine for your last cooking lesson with Ched Pardini followed by dinner at the cooking school.
Day 6 :	Montecatini / Chainti Region
	This morning depart for a full day visit to a castle in the Chianti region. After a tour of the castle and the old wine cellars, observe a cooking demonstration in the ancient kitchen of the castle, followed by wine tasting and lunch. Return to Montecatini for dinner at the hotel.
Day 7 :	Montecatini / Florence
	Morning departure for Florence. A guided walking tour will show you the wonders of this beautiful city. Admire Santa Maria del Fiore and Brunelleschi’s Dome, Giotto’s Bell Tower, and Ghiberti’s Bronze Gates of Paradise. On to the Accedemia to see Michelangelo’s David, then stroll through Piazza della Signoria. The tour ends with a visit to the church of Santa Croce, and it’s square lined with street vendors. Dinner on your own.
Day 8 :	Florence
	Today is yours to enjoy more sightseeing on your own, or stroll surround town and admire the beautiful shops. Tonight, dinner with wine at one of the most famous restaurants in Florence.
Day 9 :	Return to the USA
	Transfer to Florence Airport for your return flight to the USA.
