Cinque Terre Tour
The only round trip, one day tour from Florence to all five villages, with a delicious lunch included. The Cinque Terre is a beautiful stretch of rugged coast and the only unspoilt part left of the lovely Italian Riviera. It takes its name from the five picturesque fishing villages of Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso. Thanks to its isolation, Cinque Terre is a protected World Heritage Site and a National Park. You first visit the Cinque Terre village of Manarola, at the beginningof the famous path "Via dell’Amore", a high track winding along the cliff tops. The visit continues with a short train ride to Riomaggiore where you have some free time before the lovely boat ride (weather permitting) which takes you to Monterosso, renowned for its beautiful beach and small craft shops. Here a lunch is served in a typical restaurant with a perfect view of the sea. After lunch, continue by train to Vernazza where you will have free time to sit in a cafe. From Vernazza, a train ride takes you back to La Spezia station before returning to Florence by coach.
