Grand Tour of Milan
Visit one of the worlds most famous works of art, Leonardo Da Vinci’s "The Last Supper" in the Santa Maria Delle Grazie church, which is a UNESCO world heritage site . Visits to see the painting are limited and tickets often sell out months in advance. The next stop is the Vittorio Emanuele II shopping gallery, a 19th century glass vaulted shopping arcade followed by Sforza Castle, an imposing Medieval Castle which now houses several of the cities museums and art collections. Next visit the splendid Duomo, one of the worlds largest and most striking gothic cathedrals. Lastly, visit La Scala opera house where some of the greatest musicians and singers have performed, most famously Giuseppe Verdi.
